RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
1-The rental fees are non-refundable.
2-Only if should there be any mistake on the tour provider's account (e.g. you were not picked up from the hotel) the excursion fees will be fully refunded.
3-The change date request will be fulfilled up to 2 days before the trip. If the dates need to be changed less than 2 days prior to the trip, the demand will be fulfilled under the condition it will not cause the harm to the company.
4-Customer has the right to transfer the rental to the other person's name, up to 1 day before the start of the trip.
5-The tour provider reserves the right to delay pick-up time up to 60 minutes in case of weather/traffic conditions
