RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
At Banana Phuket Co.,Ltd. (Online Phuket Tours), we aim to provide fair and transparent service to all customers.
1. Cancellation by Customer
Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour date may be eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour date may not be eligible for a refund.
No-shows or unused services are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation by Company or Tour OperatorIf a tour is cancelled by Banana Phuket Co.,Ltd. (Online Phuket Tours) or the tour operator due to operational reasons, weather conditions, safety concerns, or failure to provide the service, customers will be offered:
A full refund, or
An alternative tour/date option
3. Changes to Booking DatesCustomers may request a change of travel date at least 48 hours before the scheduled tour date.
Date changes are subject to availability and approval by the tour operator.
4. Transfer of Booking
Customers may transfer their booking to another person by notifying us at least 24 hours before the tour start time.
5. Late Arrival or Missed Pickup
Customers who miss the scheduled pickup time may still join the tour using their own transportation when possible.
Refunds will not be provided for missed pickups caused by customer delay or absence.
6. Pickup Delays
Pickup times may occasionally be delayed due to traffic conditions, weather conditions, or operational circumstances. We appreciate customers’ understanding in such situations.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within a 3 working days.
